In 1Q24, IDC's IT Asset Disposal Services: Circular Economy and Refurbished Market Trends program conducted a survey of enterprise customers to understand their motivations and selection process for acquiring used IT equipment and selecting an equipment provider and the top criteria when evaluating an ITAD provider.
IDC surveyed 1,300+ IT decision-makers in the following countries:
