Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight shows how willing the organizations surveyed (across the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Brazil) are to pay an add-on monthly fee for generative AI capabilities in a UC&C solution. It also shows which specific generative AI capabilities drive that willingness to pay. This document contains data from IDC's Cloud Communications and Datacenter Services Survey, conducted in November 2023. It shows that more than half the companies are willing to pay an add-on fee, and the most chosen "must-have" capability they want is audio–video intelligence.
