Abstract
This IDC Survey details results from IDC's 2023 Commercial Smartphone, Wearables, and Smart Office Survey, which was fielded in December. The survey asked respondents questions regarding enterprise adoption of and attitudes toward a variety of devices and services deployed across the organization. This IDC Survey focuses on aspects of the survey related to the use of smart office devices.
"Smart office devices continue to garner interest from enterprises of all sizes," said Adam Wright, research manager for IDC's Smart Home and Office Devices program. "Smart monitoring and security devices and smart displays are the leading device types planned for future investment, but problems with systems integration and costs are constraining deployments for the foreseeable future."
