This IDC study provides an updated forecast for the U.S. augmented and virtual reality headset market for the 2024–2028 period.
"2024 marks a pivotal year for the U.S. AR/VR market," says Ramon T. Llamas, research director with IDC's Augmented and Virtual Reality team. "All eyes are on Apple and the launch of its Vision Pro this year and how it will draw much-needed attention to the market.
