Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight shows how companies are adopting modern organizational models to increase the value of their public cloud. These models include Cloud Center of Excellence and FinOps. Enterprises report high levels of adoption of both organizational constructs, even though FinOps has been around for only four years or so. This research includes team sizes for both evolving groups. The combination of both ensures applications are properly designed to maximize the public cloud's capabilities and return on investment.
