Abstract

This IDC Survey presents select results from IDC's 2023 Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending (FERS) Survey, Wave 10. Contained survey data indicates the current state and future movement of observability technologies, solutions, and approaches within responding organizations. The research and analysis draw a particular focus on network observability, a core management function within greater IT observability efforts. Results from Wave 10's observability questions were used in forming the charts and analysis on each slide. While the results offered in these slides represent the worldwide response totals and only select detailed data views, more granular views (e.g., country, company size, vertical industry, respondent role) are available to IDC clients upon request.
