This IDC Market Perspective examines the priorities and challenges facing the chief supply chain officer (CSCO) from IDC's latest Worldwide C-Suite Tech Survey.
"Automation sits as the most intriguing technology (or technologies) for the CSCO, with GenAI a close second. Eventually GenAI will probably join the pantheon of automation technology, but it is new enough to remain distinct.
