This IDC Survey Spotlight provides data from June 2023 about the top concerns with digital infrastructure goals and how XaaS will address these challenges.
Recent IDC surveys find that IT leaders are still concerned about their digital infrastructure investments and other threats. These risks include security concerns, escalating costs, IT talent shortages, technical debt, and data and workflow silos that hinder performance. In addition, the rising costs of energy and aging infrastructure continue to challenge business and transformation plans.
