This IDC study looks at future revenue expected in the web conferencing applications software market. During the COVID-19 pandemic years, many people adopted collaborative software at a remarkable pace and are now more technically savvy than before. Conferencing vendors continue to accelerate the pace of new features, often supported with artificial intelligence (AI). This document looks forward to the evolution in how we connect, meet, collaborate, play, and work. Included is a look at web conferencing applications from both customer and workforce experience views, and how both are foundational in creating the new collaborative and conversational enterprise.
