Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight reveals that organizations experienced an improved financial performance in terms of revenue and profit and improved brand perception/customer loyalty by implementing sustainability in their operations.
Most of the respondents (76.3%) say that IT infrastructure efficiency improvements is the most important initiative, followed by software efficiency improvements and automation (75%), as part of their organization's sustainability initiatives.
Another IDC survey shows that most of the organizations have currently engaged with IT equipment vendors (Dell, Cisco, HPE, HP Inc., Ricoh, Xerox, and IBM) and IT consulting firms/systems integrators (Accenture, Atos, and Capgemini) for implementing sustainability/ESG projects in the ICT domain.
