Abstract
This IDC Perspective summarizes the discussion shared by IDC's Global CIO Advisory Board members on the CIO-CFO relationship. Data and insights from IDC's CEO Study and IDC's C-Suite Survey was shared by Tony Olvet, group vice president at IDC. Following that, we heard from our panelist Warren Hero, chief technology officer at Webber Wentzel, on how he worked with the new CFO at his organization to align strategic goals and transition to an agile financial planning process.
