This IDC Survey Spotlight presents findings from IDC's Security Services Survey on a question regarding how effective specific security services contribute to organizations' overall security objectives. Survey respondents were selected when they indicated that they either influence the spending on security services, were part of the team that makes these decisions, or were the primary decision maker.
