Abstract
This IDC Market Presentation shows a shift from valuing internal customer data assets to a greater reliance on second- and third-party data sources over the next 18 months. Despite concerns about increasing regulation, emphasis on privacy, and deprecation of cookies, enterprises report that they will be receiving increasing value from second- and third-party data sources. Second-party value will rise the most in percentage terms, providing many opportunities for providers of data clean room technology and data exchange services and facilitators of these collaborations.
