Abstract
This IDC Survey examines data from the 2022 Digital Executive Sentiment Survey focusing on respondents' thoughts on digital operations, skills, and architecture at their organizations. The data in this research is segmented by digital maturity, which respondents selected themselves, ranging from those that feel they are far behind peers in digital and technology investments to those that view themselves as far ahead of peers or digital natives. We dive into how these maturity levels impact the way organizations are building digital operations, the challenges they are facing around staffing, and what's most important in data and architecture plans. Based on this analysis, we provide recommendations for technology suppliers.
