Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight draws data from IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey from December 2022 and explores adoption of different work practices and technology investments across the three key regions of North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific.
Since IDC last asked about the work practices and technology investments most likely to endure in December 2021, the data in our 2022 December survey suggests a shift toward reliance on cloud-based connectivity and devices/applications/services, supported by technology investments in physical workplaces as well as digital workspaces, especially in North America. The data also demonstrates an alignment toward hybrid work continuing to be one of the top enduring practices, enabled by key digital transformation technologies and a focus on employee experience.
