This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights results from the following question posed to 734 respondents and firms with 1,000+ employees across 5 countries and several major industries as part of IDC's 2022 Worldwide Managed Services Survey: " Please select the primary role you believe that managed service providers (e.g., Accenture, TCS, Capgemini, Fujitsu, Atos, IBM) play in your company's/organization's use of public cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google, Salesforce.com, Workday)?" This IDC Survey Spotlight then assesses the impact of these enterprise expectations on managed SPs (service providers) when working with public cloud providers and provides recommendations in which areas managed SPs need to invest to meet client requirements.
