This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights results from the following question posed to 734 respondents from firms with 1,000+ employees across 5 countries, and several major industries, as part of IDC's 2022 Worldwide Managed Services Survey: "Provider characteristics: Please select which of the following your company/organization believes that third-party managed service providers need to possess to support your business and IT requirements over the next 3 years." This IDC Survey Spotlight then assesses the impact of these enterprise priorities on managed service providers (SPs) and provides recommendations on what areas managed SPs need to focus on to optimize their opportunities in supporting firms when using managed services.
