Please select which of the following your company/organization would want to have included as part of managed services as the primary means of driving down costs." This IDC Survey Spotlight then assesses the impact of these enterprise priorities in driving down costs on managed SPs (service providers) and highlights how managed SPs need to incorporate FinOps as part of a multicloud management platform, implement a new operating model, and help restructure client organization.
