This IDC TechBrief analyzes how companies can leverage augmented reality (AR) for field service technicians. We look at how AR can assist with a company's digital transformation (DX) by providing the right information at the right time, enabling collaboration, generating user insights and analytics, and increasing productivity.
"As companies apply AR to field service technicians, they realize the benefits of time and cost savings from having digital content delivered straight to their line of sight to complete their tasks," points out Ramon T.
