Abstract
This IDC Survey presents responses from 4,300 employees across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) related to their experiences with HR departments. These responses were collected in February and March 2024 as part of IDC's Future of Work (FoW) Employee Experience EMEA Survey, 2024. The presentation also explores the implications of the survey results for vendors of human capital management (HCM) and payroll applications.
