This IDC Survey Spotlight analyzes the shift in the adoption of generative AI (GenAI) technology by manufacturing organizations worldwide. The document also reveals the types of GenAI vendors that will be considered as strategic partners by manufacturing organizations over the next 12 months.
The report is based on IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey Wave 6, which concluded in July 2023. The survey polled 122 manufacturing organizations, including in the United States, Germany, and China.
