Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the connection between offering flexible working to employees and an organization's Net Promoter Score. The Net Promoter Score has become a popular metric for gauging employee or customer loyalty and satisfaction. The study also identifies the most common flexible working models adopted by European organizations. This IDC Survey Spotlight uses data from IDC's Future of Work Employee Experience Survey that polled over 3,500 organizations (with 10+ employees) across Europe.

"Offering flexible working empowers employees to manage their time and workload. It can lead to cost savings for the employer and facilitate talent acquisition." — Zuzana Babicka, Senior Research Analyst for European Smart Office, IDC
