Abstract
This IDC Survey analyzes results from IDC's EMEA Enterprise Applications Survey, which was carried out in April 2024. We asked buyers in the HR function to rate AI use cases specific to human capital management (HCM). We also checked their willingness to pay for these use cases as well as other buyer preferences. This study also provides actionable advice to HCM application vendors based upon the survey results.
"Most European HR functions are using or expect to use AI-infused HCM solutions. They expect existing cloud-based HCM applications to provide new AI functionality, but they are also ready to buy new AI-infused HCM applications and build new AI-infused HCM solutions," said Bo Lykkegaard, associate vice president, European software research.
