Abstract
This IDC Market Presentation focuses on the major business, tech investments, and digital use case trends in the oil and gas (O&G) industry's refinery segment. Leveraging the results of IDC's Worldwide Future of Operations Survey in July 2022 of O&G downstream (refining and marketing) companies, the presentation also showcases the industry's posture on technology adoption as well as the current state of operations data at global refiners.
