Cloud Trends in Europe from a Managed Cloud Services Perspective, 2023: Findings from IDC's 2022 European Multicloud Survey
Abstract
This IDC Survey analyzes selected results from IDC's 2022 European Multicloud Survey through the lens of managed cloud services. It describes the status of cloud adoption in Europe and companies' appetite for using external IT providers to manage their cloud environments. Furthermore, it identifies managed cloud services that are deemed most appealing by European organizations and concludes with recommendations for managed service providers.
The sample for the 2022 European Multicloud Survey includes 1,077 respondents across 16 countries (in Western Europe and Central and Eastern Europe) and five industries (infrastructure, public sector, finance, distribution and services, and manufacturing and resources).
