Abstract
This IDC Survey examines the IT services budget outlook for 2024 and 2025 according to views held by IT and business leaders as of December 2023. IDC's Global Technology Thought Leadership group conducts a monthly survey (IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey) to understand how IT and business leaders in enterprises around the world are assessing risks and addressing cost management for their growing portfolio of technology resources, and to gauge IT executives' sentiment on IT investment in December 2023 and as we look ahead to 2024. In total, 881 IT executives from North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific were surveyed in IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey Wave 11, including 101 IT executives in Canada.
