Abstract


This IDC Survey focuses on enterprise WAN services, with insights on providers in Canada including satisfaction level changes year over year, year-over-year changes to intentions to switch WAN service providers, and contract lengths and pricing schemes.

This IDC Survey discusses the number of WAN ports in use at Canadian businesses and examines WAN speeds, technologies, geographical reach, external management, and spending by business size.

Also included are insights on internet access providers, including satisfaction levels and intentions to increase spend or switch providers and internet access technologies in use.

This is a refresh of IDC's annual communications survey of enterprises of all size segments, across all regions and vertical markets in Canada.
