Abstract

This IDC Market Presentation showcases the initiatives being undertaken by Canadian organizations to create shifts in their culture to better adopt hybrid work. It considers aspects such as organizational challenges, metrics to measure performance, and human skills that will be critical moving forward.

It showcases data from different surveys. The primary survey is IDC Canada's Business and IT Advisory Panel Survey n3 that was in field from September to October 2022 with a sample of 397 respondents. It covered both IT and business decision makers from medium-sized and large enterprises across various industry sectors. The secondary survey is IDC Canada's IT Advisory Panel Survey n4 that was in field June and July 2022 with a sample of 302 IT respondents. It covers all medium-sized and large segments and various industry sectors.
