This IDC Survey Spotlight explores data from IDC's Digital-Native Business Survey 2022 (APJ N = 571), identifying the top technology priorities for digital-native businesses (DNBs), and how do these vary across different DNB segments — start-ups, scale-ups, and mature digital natives. The results highlight that customer experience and employee experience technologies are common but important priorities across start-ups and mature digital natives. It also talks about the variation across countries, such as China, India, and Singapore. Lastly, the report highlights what this means for vendors, and what they need to do in light of these findings.
