Abstract
This IDC Tech Buyer Presentation provides IDC's APJ Digital Business Scorecard analysis, based on survey data from 810 senior IT and business leaders from Asia/Pacific (including Japan) (APJ). The Digital Business Scorecard evaluates the correlation between the levels of business outcome improvements and levels of digital business model, data, operational process, and organizational capabilities to calculate an overall status assessment, and then differentiates the leading enterprises from their peers based on these capabilities and as overall digital businesses.
The region is at the precinct of AI everywhere, and it is now imperative for organizations to not only transform technology and processes but use that transformation as a foundation for building intelligent capabilities that enable digital business models that drive greater efficiencies and increased revenue. Those that lead in digital business are already taking advantage of data-centric platforms that enable automation, efficiency, sustainability, and digital revenue streams.
