Abstract
In this IDC Survey Spotlight, as SAP progresses on its vision to build intelligent enterprises with S/4HANA, enterprises in Asia/Pacific are preparing their approach for migration. With the introduction of Rise with SAP, a customer moving to S/4HANA needs to consider the changes in service agreements, roles, and governance plans of their S/4HANA environment. Additionally, it is critical for SAP's partner ecosystem (global systems integrators [GSIs], hyperscalers, private cloud providers, and so forth) to understand the preferences of SAP customers planning to migrate to S/4HANA to further refine their go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
