Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight shines light on how enterprises think about expanding or consolidating their number of services providers (SPs), and why it is trending in that direction. While enterprises in both Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) indicate preferences to either increase or decrease the number of IT SPs they engage with, this is reflective of ANZ enterprises’ relative maturity in engaging with multiple SPs ─ the vendor management experience that comes with it and the reasoning behind it.
