This IDC Survey Spotlight summarizes selected results from IDC's Future of Digital Infrastructure 2022 Global Sentiment Survey conducted in June 2022. It highlights the growing importance of digital infrastructure to ensure resiliency in an enterprise. The criticality of technological advancements has made enterprises depend heavily on their digital infrastructure to keep business up and running, drive innovations, and achieve operational efficiency better and faster. More than 80% of Asia/Pacific enterprises believe that digital infrastructure is important or mission critical to achieve business goals. Those that have transformed digitally rely on key metrics to reduce infrastructure failures while focusing on business resiliency, security, and optimization to enhance and drive decision making.
