Abu Dhabi – International Data Corporation (IDC) today hosted the UAE edition of its IDC Security Roadshow 2022, with more than 100 of the country's most influential security leaders in attendance at the Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche. The event addressed the theme 'Elevating the Security of the Future Enterprise'.

"Today’s security leaders are examining cybersecurity through a strategic-, business-, and industry-focused lens," says Shilpi Handa, IDC's associate research director for security in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa, who presented the event's opening keynote. To this end, 45% of organizations surveyed recently by IDC across the META region said they are now embedding security into the planning, initiation, and assessment phases of all new business initiatives."
