This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the top artificial intelligence (AI) services being adopted by enterprises that communication services providers need to address as it affects not only the investment plans but who enterprises will select as their strategic partner for intelligent network services. Data comes from IDC's Intelligent Automation Services Findings from Enterprise Intelligence Services Survey, 2022. The survey examines the spending intentions and behaviors of buyers of enterprise intelligence services, with a specific focus on intelligent automation services. It includes data taken from respondents' answers to questions about a range of issues, including adoption drivers and challenges, spending intentions and behaviors, and vendor selection criteria and customer perception.
