This IDC Web Conference highlights a discussion by IDC's Future Enterprise research leads Paul Hughes and Jeff Hojlo on the importance of connectivity as a building block for new industry ecosystem business models. Organizations are expanding ecosystems to include new participants inside and outside their core industries.
