This IDC Survey Spotlight answers the following question: What are the top reasons to adopt a DaaS model?

IDC continues to survey and monitor DaaS adopters to understand motivations and behaviors. DaaS adopters continue to focus on the cost benefits, but most recognize additional improvements in employee experience and productivity that improve operational efficiencies and satisfaction levels.
