This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights how key aspects of EX investment impact operations and productivity. IDC's buyer perception survey for employee experience revealed the extent to which workflow optimization adds value directly to organizations while enhancing the value of critical employee experience resources including well-being, upskilling, and employee listening. Workflow optimization underlain by analytics-driven resource personalization leads to significant standalone improvements in operational efficiency, productivity, and resulting gains in revenue opportunities.
