This IDC Perspective discusses the critical sourcing actions needed to adapt to the pandemic-induced changes. In a short period of time, the COVID-19 pandemic has upended the global economy and changed how we socialize and work. Not surprisingly, this has had a fundamental impact on the technology needed to conduct business. Accordingly, these changes have placed a huge demand on sourcing organizations to procure the technologies needed to adapt to the changes.
