Abstract
This IDC Survey presents the views of CIOs in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on business and management consulting services and their organizations' related needs for 2023. The document offers high-level insights into business and management consulting usage (current and planned), selection criteria, 2022 spending, and near-term investment appetite and priorities. The data presented and analyzed derives from the UAE portion of IDC's Digital and IT Services Survey, 2023, completed across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa (META) in March 2023. The UAE sample comprises 51 decision makers from organizations with 250+ employees.
