Abstract

Latin American organizations and governments have acknowledged that they should be resilient and dynamic to react to any crisis and survive. This premise was confirmed when a new emergency arrived right after the pandemic. We thought we would begin a sustained recovery and growth phase once vaccination reduced the pandemic. The Russia-Ukraine crisis has impacted all the economies regionally and globally, taking all countries to a new period where resilience plays the leading role. Technologies like the cloud, AI, ML, and Advanced Analytics are key players in helping companies evolve into intelligent organizations; thus, they are investing time and money to deploy smart applications and use cases, reduce data silos, and turn information into digital experiences at scale in a data-driven culture and prioritizing the business value.

"What ends up differentiating organizations is their ability to analyze data, learn from it, reflect, and explain the results based on that learning, so that the organization acquires the ability to adapt faster than its competitors. On this journey to a data-based culture adoption, it is crucial to know the organizations' strategic, tactical, and operational goals and how they can be materialized using technological solutions that allow the modernization of business processes and the generation of value through innovation."
