Abstract
IDC believes digital transformation (DX) is accelerating in Latin America as we move into the Next Normal. The 2020 pandemic-led recession is shifting behaviors to remote-everything, disrupting value chains, expanding the platform economy, and ultimately uncovering a new agenda for the CEO.
According to IDC's Group Vice President for Latin America "as we move past the crisis, those that understand the inflections of the recovery and plan for the Next Normal early on will be in the best position to adapt to and take advantage of the opportunities that appear".
