This IDC Market Presentation presents the findings of IDC’s C-Suite Tech Survey, 2022, conducted among more than 80 HR leaders across North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific. It provides human capital management software vendors with an overview of the current pain points and objectives of HR leaders.
