Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight provides insights into the employees' point of view in several domains of sustainability. The document contains data from IDC's European Future of Work Survey, conducted with 3,527 respondent companies in March 2023.
"As sustainability is a subject in which companies invest a lot of energy and money, it is interesting to see if their employees have the same knowledge of the importance of this subject," said Sandrine Peyronnet, senior research analyst, European Future of Work Practice at IDC. "We can see that sustainability practices seem different along countries, sectors, and respondents' age."
