Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight provides insights into how much European organizations' cloud spending is misused, why it is misused, and which public cloud resources are underutilized. It is based on results from IDC's European CloudOps Survey, carried out between January and February 2023, that covered 1,057 enterprises across 11 countries and regions as well as 24 industries in Western Europe and Central and Eastern Europe.
