Abstract


This IDC Survey analyzes how technology vendors are evaluated as partners for navigating storms of disruption (volatile and uncertain business scenarios) and for enabling the digital-first strategy of their organizations. The analysis is based on a sample of more than 1,500 European respondents of different organizational functions, verticals, sizes, and digital maturity levels.

"The uncertain economic scenario and rising inflationary pressure will force organizations to focus on financial discipline and strategically rethink their investments in 2023," said Giulia Carosella, research manager, European Digital Business Practice. "For tech providers, it will be critical to become partners for navigating such storms, helping customers assess business risk and understanding their prioritization checklist while helping them foster their digital-first strategies to remain competitive in the digital business era."
