Abstract

This IDC Perspective explains the PRIME framework designed by IDC's Industry Insights team. It summarizes how applying this framework can guide manufacturing organizations' CEOs and C-suites in how to thrive in the future by focusing on five key elements: purpose, resilience, imagination, mastery, and ecosystems.

On top of these immediate challenges, climate change continues to become a larger threat and needs to be addressed appropriately.
