Abstract
This IDC Survey includes results from IDC's 2022 European Future of Work Decision-Maker and Employee Experience Surveys comparing IT decision makers' and hybrid employees' perceptions on the main challenges (IT, security, cultural) for remote work.
"As more European companies implement hybrid work models, a gap is emerging between decision makers and employee's perception on major pain points for remote work," said Meike Escherich, associate research director, Future of Work at IDC. "Organizations that fail to address this divide will lose competitive advantage, especially around staff retention and attraction."
