Abstract

This IDC MaturityScape Benchmark presents the results of IDC's 2021 Digital Transformation MaturityScape Benchmark Survey and supplements IDC MaturityScape: The Future Enterprise 1.0 (IDC #US43646819, April 2019).

Together, they provide a comprehensive overview of IDC's digital maturity model. This document enables organizations to:

• Assess their current level of digital competency and maturity
• Benchmark their digital maturity against the maturity level of their peers and business needs
• Identify digital maturity gaps and areas in need of improvement to achieve business transformation objectives
