Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight details current and planned investments in technologies to directly support sustainability/environmental, social, and governance (ESG) digital transformation initiatives. The document contains data from IDC's 2022 Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey, Wave 9, and details the different emphasis of technology adoption for sustainability in China, India, and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN). The difference in priorities for technologies shows different levels of maturity. Transportation and logistics organizations in China have reported the greatest investments in more advanced technologies because of the opportunity they present in supporting business outcomes and ESG project results.
